Acceptance of Our Terms and Policies

Inquiries and Reports of Violations

Your journey with After Hello, Inc. commences with your acknowledgment and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By utilizing our services, you are agreeing to be legally bound by these documents.

After Hello Inc. is not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, armed conflict, terrorism, government actions, fires, floods, or shortages of essential resources.

Incorporation by Reference

Our failure to act on a breach does not waive our right to act on subsequent or similar breaches. These Terms do not create rights enforceable by third parties.

The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are fully incorporated into this agreement by reference and are applicable to all aspects of your interactions with our platform. Collectively, they constitute the comprehensive legal framework that governs your use of our services.

The section headings in this agreement are for convenience only and hold no legal or contractual significance. Notices under these Terms must be in writing and are deemed given when electronically confirmed if sent by email or facsimile, or upon receipt if mailed via certified or registered mail with return receipt requested.

Integral Agreement

Miscellaneous Provisions

Please be aware that the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may be provided are integral to your engagement with us. We strongly urge you to carefully review these documents to fully understand your rights, obligations, and the extent of our commitment to you.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the Terms, which will continue to be in full force and effect.

Your Understanding Matters

These Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy form part of a larger set of agreements between you and After Hello Inc., which also include specific terms of membership agreements or packages. Together, these documents govern your use of our Website and Services. While these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy play a significant role, they do not alone constitute the entire agreement between you and After Hello Inc. They work in conjunction with other specific agreements that you may enter into as part of your engagement with our services.

We encourage you to take the time to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions we have laid out. A clear understanding of our policies fosters a transparent and beneficial relationship for both parties. Severability and Agreement Context

Right to Cancel

You agree that any claim or cause of action related to the use of the Services must be filed within one year after the claim arises, or it will be permanently barred. The failure of either party to enforce any rights under these terms does not waive future enforcement of these rights.

For subscribers residing in California, Colorado, Illinois, North Carolina, and Ohio:

In cases involving public injunctive relief, the arbitrator will determine the substance of the dispute. If the claimant successfully establishes the claim that allows for public injunction, they may then request a competent court to issue an injunction in line with the arbitral award.

In the event that you die before the end of your subscription period, your estate shall be entitled to a refund of that portion of any payment you had made for your subscription which is allocable to the period after your death. In the event that you become disabled (such that you are unable to use our Services) before the end of your subscription period, you shall be entitled to a refund of that portion of any payment you had made for your subscription which is allocable to the period after your disability by providing After Hello Inc. notice in the same manner as you request a refund as described below.

Securing or reclaiming possession of property;
Utilizing self-help remedies, such as setoff rights;
Seeking court-ordered relief measures, such as injunctions (including public injunctive relief), attachment, garnishment, or the appointment of a receiver, from a court with proper jurisdiction.

Subscribers residing in Iowa, New York, and Ohio who wish to cancel these Terms of Use must sign the applicable Notice of Buyer's Cancellation.

If a clause within this arbitration agreement is deemed illegal or unenforceable, it will be severed from this agreement, while the remaining Terms & Conditions will stay enforceable and effective. Both After Hello Inc. and you retain the right to exercise lawful remedies, which include but are not limited to:

For subscribers residing in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Minnesota, North Carolina, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin, notice of cancellation need not take a particular form and is effective if it indicates your desire to not be bound by these Terms of Use. To cancel these Terms of Use, send an e-mail that states that you, the buyer, are canceling these Terms of Use, or words of similar effect, to Info@afterhello.com. Arbitration Agreement and Remedies

For subscribers residing in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin:

Furthermore, you agree that any disputes related to the Services will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. You agree not to engage in class action, class arbitration, or representative actions or proceedings against After Hello Inc.

You, the buyer, may cancel this contract (the "Terms of Use" or "Agreement") and receive a full refund, without any penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of the third business day following the date of this contract, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.

Notices of modifications to these Terms will be communicated through the Website or email. Continued use of the Services after modifications signifies acceptance of these modified Terms. If you disagree with the modified Terms, your only recourse is to discontinue using the Services.

As used herein, the "date of this contract" means the date you accepted these Terms of Use and were bound thereby.

If a dispute arises, please first contact Customer Success at Info@Afterhello.com. Disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, notwithstanding the conflict of law provisions. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration agreement.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully. They include a binding arbitration provision in requiring arbitration of disputes on an individual basis and a waiver of jury trials and class actions.

All disputes between you and After Hello Inc. shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis, which means both parties waive any right to litigate disputes in court, including in a class action or representative capacity.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

After Hello Inc. is owned and operated by After Hello, Inc. ("we," "us," "our," or "After Hello"). By accessing and using our website located at www.afterhello.com (the "Website"), or any of our applications, tools, and related services offered by us (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read and understood the most recent version of our Terms of Use. You also acknowledge that you accept and agree to be bound by:

After Hello Inc. retains the right to terminate, suspend, discontinue, or modify the Website and Services, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion at any time. This may be done for any reason, or no reason, with or without notice. After Hello Inc. is not responsible for any impact such termination or modification may have on you or any third party.

Your dealings with organizations or individuals found through our Service, including transactions for goods or services, are solely between you and the relevant parties. We recommend conducting due diligence prior to engaging in any online or offline interactions with these entities. After Hello Inc. is not liable for losses or damages arising from your interactions with third-party entities. Should any disputes arise between you and a third party, After Hello Inc. is not obliged to intervene.

Privacy

Our Services may feature links to websites owned by third parties, which are beyond After Hello Inc.'s control and governance, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. When you access these third-party sites, you agree to abide by their respective policies and terms, in addition to the obligations under this Agreement. We have no authority over the content, truthfulness, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites and do not endorse their views or content. You absolve After Hello Inc. from all responsibility related to your interactions with these third-party websites.

Your privacy is important to us. We have designed our Privacy Policy to make important disclosures about how we collect and use your content. We encourage you to read our Privacy Policy carefully and use it to help make informed decisions. Pursuant to the Privacy Policy, we will not disclose your photos or identifying information without your permission to prospective matches, nor theirs to you.

Interactions with External Entities and Sites

Consent to Communication

If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542 regarding unknown claims at the time of releasing claims against After Hello Inc.

By submitting your information to the After Hello database, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You also release After Hello Inc. and its affiliates from all claims, losses, damages, or actions arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Consent to Receive Communications:
You expressly consent to receive communications from After Hello, its affiliates, and authorized representatives via text messages, emails, newsletters, and other forms of marketing communication.
Such communications may include, but are not limited to, updates, promotional offers, service notifications, and information about events and services.
Use of Contact Information:
Your contact information, including but not limited to your phone number and email address, will be used to deliver these communications.
Communications may be delivered through automated systems, including autodialers and pre-recorded messages, where applicable.
Opt-Out Rights:
You retain the right to opt out of receiving such communications at any time. Opt-out instructions will be included in each communication, or you may contact us directly to request removal from our communication lists.
Data Privacy:
Your personal information will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless After Hello Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, your interactions with other users, or your breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy. You agree to fully cooperate with After Hello Inc. in such claims.

By continuing to use our services, submitting your information, or remaining in our database, you affirmatively agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from providing your information or request its removal from our database.

Indemnification and Release

Changes to Terms of Use

Furthermore, After Hello Inc. is not liable for disputes between users, unauthorized access to your data, lost or unreceived material, or transactions entered via the Services. You assume the risk of data transmission and loss when using the Services.

After Hello Inc. reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms of Use at any time. Such changes will become effective upon notification, which we may effect by sending you notice by email and/or posting a revised Terms of Use on the Website. Your use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance by you of the changes. You agree to review the Terms of Use periodically to be aware of any such revisions.

Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations of liability, so this provision may not apply to you.

Acceptance of Terms

After Hello Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party content providers or licensors will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through the Services, nor for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. This limitation applies even if your remedies under this agreement fail their essential purpose.

If you do not accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, please do not use the Website or any of the Services. By using the Website or any of the Services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use and each of the other agreements specifically incorporated by reference.

Continued use of the Services, or following notice of any changes in these Terms, indicates your acceptance of these Terms and any modifications.

Prohibited Access

We offer personal matchmaking and online profile management services and tools, but the accuracy or reliability of information provided by users or any other entities is not endorsed or represented by us. Reliance on such information is at your own risk.

The Services may not be accessed for purposes of monitoring their availability, performance, or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes. After Hello Inc.'s direct competitors are prohibited from accessing the Services, except with After Hello Inc.'s prior written consent.

Your use of the Website and Services is at your own risk. After Hello Inc. provides its services "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement, or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by law.

Effective Date

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

This Agreement was last updated in August 2026. It is effective between you and After Hello Inc. as of the date of this contract.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that rights are only granted as explicitly outlined herein. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our intellectual property may lead to legal proceedings to defend our rights and interests.

Eligibility

The content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on our Website are either owned by or licensed to After Hello Inc. We exclusively control and hold the necessary rights for all intellectual property related to the Website and the Services. You are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, duplicating, transmitting, posting, displaying, selling, or exploiting any of our intellectual property without our explicit written consent, except for content that is publicly available.

You must be 21 years of age or older to visit, register, or use in any manner the Services. By visiting, requesting to use, registering to use, or using the Website, or accepting the Terms of Use, you represent and warrant to After Hello Inc. that you will use the Services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, you confirm that:

Intellectual Property Ownership

You are 21 years of age or older.
You have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms of Use and to abide by all of the terms and conditions herein.
You have never been charged, indicted, convicted of, or pleaded no contest to a felony, a sex crime, or any crime involving violence.
You have not previously been removed from our Service by us, unless we have given you express written permission to create a new account.
You are not required to register as a sex offender with any government entity.
You are not married (although you may be separated with a divorce pending so long as you properly disclose your true marital status) and that you are using the Services for bona fide relationship-seeking purposes.
You are not otherwise barred from using the Service under the laws of any state, the United States, or other applicable jurisdiction.

If at any time you do not comply with these requirements, you must delete your account immediately. In addition, if After Hello Inc. learns that you do not comply with the requirements above or that you provided false or misleading information, After Hello Inc. will delete your account.

After Hello reserves the right to terminate any client agreement or remove any member from our database at our sole discretion for violations of our rules, policies, or for engaging in inappropriate behavior. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community and will take necessary actions to safeguard this environment. Any termination will comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Google’s requirements and guidelines.

Screenings and Termination

Termination of Services

You understand and agree that After Hello Inc. is not obligated to conduct criminal screenings or identity verification checks on its users. However, if you purchase a client subscription, After Hello Inc. will conduct a criminal records screening on you. Similarly, if you are a member or recruit and get selected for a date, After Hello Inc. may conduct a criminal records screening on you. All other criminal records screenings will be performed at After Hello Inc.'s discretion.

Your adherence to these guidelines is essential. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your account with After Hello, Inc. without a refund.

After Hello Inc. reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your account, without refund, if any screening conducted on you shows that you are not eligible for the Services or are not in compliance with these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that in the event After Hello Inc. conducts a criminal records screening on you, After Hello Inc. will have no obligation to provide you with a copy of such screening or any other screening materials, and After Hello Inc. reserves the right to make changes to your account, including but not limited to revoking access to the Service or terminating your account based on the results of such criminal records screening.

Accuracy: Ensure all provided information is current, complete, and truthful.
Compliance: Refrain from posting defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, or illegal material.
Ownership: You retain ownership of your content, agreeing to inform After Hello, Inc. of any updates or changes.
Prohibited Content: Do not post content that violates these Terms, including harassment, racism, spam, or illegal activities.
Termination and Review: After Hello, Inc. may remove offensive content, terminate accounts, and pursue legal actions for violations.

Usage, Subscriptions, Services, and Renewals

You bear sole responsibility for all content you transmit or publish via the Services. By utilizing the Services, you commit to the following:

To fully engage with the comprehensive range of Services provided by After Hello, Inc., users choose one or more of the following four types of User subscriptions:

Your Responsibility for Content

Client Subscription: Known as "Client Membership," this subscription is tiered, with each level offering a range of services and features. The Essential tier, which is the entry point for new Clients, provides access to essential matchmaking services facilitated by an After Hello, Inc. matchmaker. These foundational services include an Initial Consultation, database searches via our proprietary platform, targeted match recruiting, potential match screening, date planning, and post-date feedback. As Clients move to higher tiers, they gain access to additional, more exclusive services. The specifics of each tier, including the additional benefits and services available at higher levels, are detailed in the Service Agreement.

18. Termination: After Hello, Inc. may terminate your account for any breaches without a refund.

2. Database Membership: Users may join our database free of charge. As "Database Members," they become part of the After Hello, Inc. database, making them eligible to be potential matches for our Clients. While being a Database Member does not guarantee dates, it does offer opportunities for consideration to be set up and to receive post-date feedback. Database Members have the flexibility to upgrade to Client Subscriptions or Membership Subscriptions or to purchase Coaching Services, or Online Dating Profile Polish and Management at any time.

17. Cooperation: Collaborate with After Hello, Inc. in resolving any rule violations.

Coaching Services: Available either as part of certain Client Subscriptions or as a standalone offering, our "Relationship Coaching" includes a range of services provided by certified After Hello, Inc. Relationship Coaches. These services, termed "Coaching Sessions," may cover specialized date coaching, date strategy planning, relationship readiness analysis, and more. For a comprehensive understanding of what these services entail, please refer to the Service Agreement. Please note that Coaching sessions are non-refundable, in line with After Hello, Inc.'s Cancellation and Refund Policy.

16. Date Rescheduling: Commit to providing a 72-hour notice for date changes, barring emergencies.

4. Online Profile Polish and Management: These services are tailored to assist Clients in optimizing their online dating profiles and usage. Depending on the package, they may include profile creation, content creation, photo selection and guidance, and continuous adjustments based on performance and feedback, seamlessly integrating with your broader dating strategy.

15. Intellectual Property: Do not publish or transmit copyrighted material without appropriate permissions.

Each subscription type offers distinct benefits and services as per the terms outlined in the Service Agreement. Users are encouraged to review these terms thoroughly to fully understand the commitments and benefits of their chosen subscription.

14. Forgery: Avoid forging or plagiarizing messages, communications, or identifiers.

Terms and Conditions for Coaching Services:

13. Copyright: Respect After Hello, Inc.'s intellectual property by not altering or removing any copyrights or trademarks.

Scope of Services: The relationship coaching offered by After Hello, Inc. is not designed to treat psychological disorders as classified by the American Psychiatric Association. It should not be considered an alternative to professional counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, psychoanalysis, or treatment for substance abuse issues.
Professional Healthcare Consultation: We advise our clients to seek guidance from a qualified mental health professional, such as a psychiatrist, particularly if they are currently under such care or are recommended to seek such care.
Non-replacement for Professional Advice: Our coaching services are not intended to provide specialized advice in legal, financial, psychological, medical, or other professional fields. Decisions in these areas are solely the responsibility of the client, and clients are encouraged to consult appropriate professionals for advice in these matters.
Confidentiality Assurance: The relationship between our coaches and clients is grounded in trust and confidentiality. We are committed to maintaining the highest level of discretion regarding all information and discussions that take place during coaching sessions. Coaches may share relevant information with the client's designated After Hello, Inc. matchmaker only with the client's explicit consent. We assure you that no information or materials from the sessions will be disclosed to external parties, published on the internet, or shared with any unauthorized individuals without the client's written consent.

12. Modification: Altering the Website or Services for personal or commercial use is forbidden.

Exceptions to Confidentiality:

Confidentiality is paramount in our coaching relationship; however, there are exceptions where disclosure may be necessary:

Legal Demands: Confidential material may be released when legally demanded by authorities.
Protection of Vulnerable Individuals: Disclosure may be warranted when a child, elder, or disabled person requires protection.

Expiration of Coaching Services:

Your Coaching Services are subject to the following expiration conditions:

Your first session must be scheduled within 30 days of your consultation, with subsequent sessions scheduled within 3 months.
Failure to adhere to this rescheduling policy may result in missed sessions, which may be rescheduled at the coach's discretion or counted against your session count.

6. Solicitation: The Services should not be used for soliciting money, support, or advertising commercial offerings.

Coaching sessions will expire under the following circumstances:

a) Failure to schedule or attend the first session within thirty days (30 days) from the beginning of the engagement, with no follow-up sessions scheduled.

4. Transparency: Disclose any personal bankruptcy filings and any information crucial to your suitability as a customer of After Hello, Inc.

b) Client's unresponsiveness for one month or longer after the first session.

3. Disclosure: Any involvement in criminal activities, including past arrests, charges, or convictions, must be disclosed.

c) Exhaustion of coaching sessions included in a package benefit.

2. Truthfulness: All information you provide should be accurate and honest, covering aspects such as your identity, residence, marital, financial, and criminal history.

d) Client's request to terminate coaching benefits.

1. Authenticity: You must represent yourself truthfully and not impersonate others.

Once expired, sessions cannot be restarted, unless expressly agreed to by the Coach.

Your use of After Hello, Inc.'s Services is governed by the following guidelines, which you agree to adhere to:

Automatic Renewal:

Guidelines for User Conduct:

Certain subscriptions / memberships for After Hello, Inc.'s services may be subject to automatic renewal, including month-to-month, or renewal upon completion of a service package. By purchasing a subscription subject to automatic renewal, you agree to the following:

While we reserve the right to monitor disputes between Users, After Hello, Inc. is under no obligation to intervene in such matters.

Your subscription will automatically renew for another term at the same duration or service description, at After Hello, Inc.'s then-current rates, unless actively canceled by you.
To avoid renewal charges, you must actively cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

You are solely responsible for taking prudent steps during interactions and engagements with other Users of the Services, particularly in personal meetings. After Hello, Inc. disclaims all liability for any form of damage, be it indirect, direct, incidental, or consequential, that may arise from or be related to your conduct, or that of others, in connection with the Services. This includes any emotional, mental, or physical harm.

Subscription/Membership Renewal and Cancellation:

After Hello, Inc. provides matchmaking services without guarantees or warranties concerning the behavior or actions of its Users. While we strive to facilitate meaningful connections, the number and frequency of matches through our Services, as well as compatibility with other Users, cannot be guaranteed or assured.

Renewal Alert:

User Interactions and After Hello, Inc.'s Role:

To avoid charges for a new subscription period or service package, you must cancel before the current period ends or within thirty-one (31) days after completing your service package. You can cancel by emailing your intent to cancel to the After Hello, Inc. Team at Info@afterhello.com.

Consent is a cornerstone of every sexual encounter. Clear, verbal communication is essential to ensure mutual respect of boundaries between you and your partner. Consent is an ongoing process and can be revoked at any time. Activities should immediately cease if your partner shows reluctance, uncertainty, or if they are incapacitated by substances like alcohol or drugs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Bear in mind that while the correct and consistent use of condoms and other protective measures can greatly reduce the risk of STIs like HIV, some STIs, such as herpes or HPV, can still be transmitted through skin-to-skin contact, even with protection in place.

The Cancellation and Refund Policy of After Hello, Inc. is set out within these Terms of Use and is not a separate document. The general refund rule appears immediately below. The terms applying to each individual product and service, including the deadline for scheduling and the scope of what is included, appear under Paid Products and Services: Scope, Payment, Scheduling, and Refunds. Read together, these provisions state your sole remedy and the full extent of the liability of After Hello, Inc. for any dissatisfaction with our Services.

It is both important and within your rights to have open discussions with your partner about sexual health before engaging in sexual activity. This conversation should ideally include sharing information about the last time each person was tested for sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

Refund Policy

Sexual Health and Consent Communication:

After Hello, Inc. offers a full refund on any purchase where your request reaches us before midnight of the third business day following the date of purchase. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. To request a refund, email Info@afterhello.com stating your full name, the product or service purchased, and the date of purchase. Your request is effective on the date we receive it. Approved refunds are returned in full to the original payment method within ten days of receipt of your request.

Matchmakers will only arrange dates in public and safe locations. If a date suggests moving to a non-public location, end the date and notify your matchmaker.
Protect your personal information and be cautious about sharing sensitive details with new acquaintances.
Use a strong, private password for your account and be careful when accessing your account from public or shared devices.
Be cautious with email or text communication, especially with new contacts. Prefer communication through our Services until trust is established.
Never send money or share financial details with other Users. Report any such requests immediately.
Report any breaches of our Terms of Use, such as solicitation, presence of underage users, harassment, or creation of fraudulent profiles.
Inform someone you trust about your date plans, including time, place, and expected return.
Ensure your phone is charged and with you at all times.
Use your own transportation or a reliable ride-share service for dates.
Be aware of your limits regarding alcohol and drugs, and never leave your drink or belongings unattended.
Trust your instincts. If you feel uncomfortable, seek help or end the date as needed.

Should you encounter any issues with a match or User from After Hello, Inc., please report these to our team at Info@afterhello.com for investigation and appropriate action.

Unused sessions, unused introductions, and the unused portion of any term carry no cash value and are not refundable once the refund window has closed.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Users. Please be aware that criminal background screenings and other checks are not foolproof. These checks might provide a sense of security, but they are not comprehensive and do not cover all criminal records or financial backgrounds. If you find yourself in immediate danger, contact emergency services immediately.

This refund window operates independently of cancellation. Cancelling a recurring charge stops future billing and is governed by the Subscription and Membership Renewal and Cancellation section above. Cancellation does not produce a refund of amounts already charged, and no prorated refund is issued for a partial billing period.

Our Responsibility in User Interactions:

Several states regulate dating service and social referral contracts and grant purchasers cancellation rights that operate independently of this policy. Subscribers residing in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin retain the rights described under Right to Cancel above, together with the refund rights on death or disability described in that section. Where those rights provide a longer window or a broader remedy than this policy, those rights prevail and nothing in this policy limits them.

After Hello, Inc. is committed to fostering a respectful environment for all users. However, we cannot be held accountable for the conduct of any User. You are advised to proceed with caution in all interactions with other Users. We reserve the right to perform Background Checks on users to assess suitability for the Services, especially regarding criminal history.

Cancellation Notice:

Interactions with Other Users:

If you choose to cancel your subscription, you can continue using it until the end of the paid period or service package completion. However, no prorated refunds will be issued, and your subscription will not renew once the period ends. You will receive notice of any pricing changes and the opportunity to cancel. If you do not cancel and prices change, you agree to be charged at After Hello, Inc.'s current pricing.

We deeply value the trust you place in us and are dedicated to delivering a positive matchmaking experience to all our Clients.

Early Renewal Option:

Our team at After Hello, Inc. regularly assesses client experiences to enhance overall satisfaction. We may suggest changing your matchmaker to offer a fresh perspective or better suit your needs. If you're interested in exploring a change in your matchmaker, please reach out to us at Info@afterhello.com. The assignment of a new matchmaker is at After Hello, Inc.'s discretion, aimed at ensuring the best possible fit for your requirements.

Should you complete your subscription or services before the expiration period, you have the option to renew early.

Matchmaker Review and Changes:

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our renewal and cancellation procedures. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our team.

We will make earnest attempts to address and rectify these issues. Nonetheless, if a resolution is not feasible, we retain the right to terminate your account. In such instances, any remaining matches will be forfeited, and no refund for the Services will be provided.

Paid Products and Services: Scope, Payment, Scheduling, and Refunds

(f) Breach of any terms of your agreement with us;

This section applies to every paid product and service offered by After Hello, Inc. The price of each product and service is disclosed at checkout or in the Service Agreement provided to you before purchase. Where this section conflicts with any other provision of these Terms of Use, this section governs the product or service it describes. Refunds for every product and service below are governed by the Refund Policy set out above. Nothing in this section limits the statutory cancellation rights described under Right to Cancel above, which take precedence in every case.

A successful partnership between Clients and matchmakers is based on mutual trust and respect for the matchmaker’s expertise and decisions. However, should any of the following occur:

Interactions with Your Matchmaker:

Scope: Memberships are scoped individually following a consultation. Every membership includes a dedicated matchmaker, a custom search strategy, active recruiting and outreach, screening of potential matches, coordination of introductions, ongoing coaching and feedback, and post-date debriefs. The search markets, the anticipated number of introductions, the length of the initial term, and any additional benefits are stated in the Service Agreement you sign before the engagement begins.

Your privacy and communication preferences are paramount to us, and we strive to maintain your trust and protect your personal information in alignment with our Privacy Policy.

Payment: The enrollment amount is charged as a single payment or under an installment schedule stated in your Service Agreement. Memberships are commonly structured as an initial enrollment term followed by monthly continuation. Monthly continuation charges are recurring and continue until you cancel in accordance with the Subscription and Membership Renewal and Cancellation section above.

We reserve the right to use non-identifying parts of your date feedback or matchmaker reviews for publication, with attribution limited to first name, age, city, and/or membership level, unless you have explicitly authorized fuller attribution.

Scheduling: Your intake session must be scheduled within thirty days of enrollment. You are asked to provide feedback on each introduction within seven days so that the search can continue without interruption. You may pause an active search for a total of ninety days across the term by giving written notice, and a pause extends the term by the length of the pause.

Refunds: Governed by the Refund Policy above. Recruiting, outreach, and screening work begins immediately upon enrollment. If you cancel monthly continuation, service continues to the end of the paid month and no prorated refund is issued. If After Hello, Inc. terminates your membership for a reason other than your breach of these Terms of Use, any prepaid amount allocable to the period after termination is refunded on a pro rata basis.

Upon joining as a User, you will automatically be enrolled in our blog email subscription. While you may opt out of this subscription, it is important to note that you will still receive crucial Service-related communications. We may use your email, phone number, or account to inform you about important Service updates or exclusive offers. By registering, you agree to receive text messages and/or phone calls related to our Services. Standard messaging and data rates might apply. Please inform us if there is any change or cancellation of the mobile phone number linked to your account by reaching out to Info@afterhello.com.

3. Online Dating Profile Polish

At After Hello, Inc., our interactions with clients are conducted exclusively through secure, official channels. We do not endorse or organize in-person meetings and are not liable for actions taken by individuals falsely claiming to represent us. Should you receive any requests for in-person meetings from someone alleging to represent After Hello, Inc., please notify us at Info@afterhello.com.

Scope: One sixty-minute individual coaching and strategy session, a comprehensive review of your current dating profiles, personalized guidance on photograph selection and prompt responses, and one follow-up check-in session.

Communication, Privacy, and Consent:

Payment: A single charge taken at the time of purchase. This service does not recur.

We prioritize the security of your account and urge you to be vigilant in protecting your login information and personal details. Your proactive stance in securing your account plays a vital role in upholding the security of our platform and preserving your privacy.

Scheduling: The first session must be scheduled within thirty days of purchase. The follow-up check-in must be completed within thirty days of the first session. The service expires ninety days after purchase.

To prevent unauthorized account access, we recommend logging out after each session, especially when using a public or shared device. If you believe that your account security has been breached, or if there has been unauthorized use of your account, it is imperative to inform After Hello, Inc. immediately.

You are solely responsible for keeping your Website password confidential. You are liable for all activities conducted under your account. After Hello, Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Online Dating Takeover and Application Management

Your Responsibility for Account Security

Scope: Management of up to two dating applications, full optimization of your profiles, active engagement on your behalf three times per week, and ongoing adjustment based on performance. Any target outcome described in our materials is an objective rather than a commitment, and results vary.

Our commitment to maintaining the integrity and security of our platform is unwavering, and we will take all necessary measures to protect our users and services.

Payment: A month-to-month term is charged monthly and recurs automatically until canceled. Three-month and six-month terms are charged as a single payment covering the full term, unless an installment schedule is agreed in writing before purchase.

After Hello, Inc. reserves the right to investigate and respond to misuse of our Services or breaches of these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior may result in actions against you, up to and including reporting to law enforcement authorities.

Scheduling: Account access, photographs, and intake information must be provided within fourteen days of purchase so that management can begin. Delay in providing these materials does not extend the term or entitle you to additional service days.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, gathering users’ personal details, usernames, or email addresses without consent for sending unsolicited communications, and unauthorized embedding or linking to the Website. We will thoroughly investigate such violations and take appropriate legal action, potentially including civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

Refunds: Governed by the Refund Policy above. A month-to-month term may be canceled at any time before the next renewal date, service continues to the end of the paid month, and no prorated refund is issued. A multi-month term may be paused once for up to thirty days by written request, and the term is extended by the length of the pause.

The account you create on our Website is for your personal usage only. Allowing others to access or use your account, as well as transferring or assigning it to another person or entity, is strictly forbidden. We do not tolerate any illegal or unauthorized use of our Website.

5. Date Coaching Packages

Prohibited Use of the Website

Scope: The Starter package includes three sixty-minute sessions or six thirty-minute sessions, together with text and email support for three months. The Standard package includes six sixty-minute sessions or twelve thirty-minute sessions, together with text and email support for six months. The Premium package includes ten sixty-minute sessions or twenty thirty-minute sessions, together with priority text and email support for twelve months.

Privacy and Security: At After Hello, Inc., we give high priority to the privacy and security of our users' personal information. In our profile polishing and management services, we adhere to robust confidentiality protocols. These protocols are designed to ensure that sensitive information is managed responsibly and with great care. While we are committed to protecting your privacy, it's important to note that absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in the digital realm. We implement stringent measures to safeguard your data, but we also encourage our users to be mindful of the information they choose to share.

Payment: A single charge taken at the time of purchase, unless an installment schedule is agreed in writing. These packages do not recur.

Feedback and Coaching: We believe in empowering our users with the tools and knowledge to succeed in online dating. Our profile polishing services include personalized feedback and coaching sessions aimed at refining profiles, optimizing communication strategies, and increasing overall success rates.

Scheduling: Your first session must be scheduled within thirty days of purchase or of your consultation, whichever is later. Subsequent sessions must be scheduled within three months of the preceding session. Sessions expire in accordance with the Expiration of Coaching Services section above.

Profile Management: In addition to initial profile setup, we offer ongoing profile management services to keep profiles fresh and relevant. This may include updating content, refreshing photos, and adapting profile information based on evolving preferences and experiences.

Photo Selection and Enhancement: A picture speaks a thousand words, and we understand the importance of selecting the right photos to convey the essence of who you are. Our team provides guidance on photo selection, cropping, and enhancement to ensure that users' profiles stand out and make a positive impression.

6. Dating Application Coaching Packages

Content Curation: We assist users in curating engaging content for their profiles, including hobbies, interests, and life experiences. Our goal is to help users authentically express themselves while attracting like-minded individuals who share similar values and interests.

Scope: The Clarity Launch package includes three sessions directed at a confident and well-executed start, including a Go-Live Check delivered within seventy-two hours of your profile going live. The Momentum Builder package includes six sessions covering hands-on support, date debriefing, and optimization of pace and messaging. The Partnership VIP package includes ten sessions covering long-term support, priority check-ins ahead of high-stakes moments, and continuous optimization.

Profile Optimization: Our team of experts works closely with users to optimize their profiles for maximum impact. This includes crafting compelling bio sections, selecting high-quality photos, and highlighting unique attributes that resonate with potential matches.

Payment: A single charge taken at the time of purchase, unless an installment schedule is agreed in writing. These packages do not recur.

7. Monthly Coaching Subscription

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at Info@afterhello.com before initiating a dispute with your card issuer, and we will review the charge and respond. Initiating a chargeback on a charge validly incurred under these Terms of Use may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Scope: Two thirty-minute sessions per month or one sixty-minute session per month, together with personalized guidance, curated resources, access to client events, and email support. Additional sessions may be purchased at the preferred client rate stated at the time of booking.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor that maintains its own security and compliance obligations. After Hello, Inc. does not receive or store complete payment card numbers. Handling of the transaction information we do retain is described in our Privacy Policy.

Payment: A recurring monthly charge taken on the same date each month. The subscription continues until you cancel.

Where an installment schedule has been agreed, each installment becomes due on its scheduled date regardless of how much of the service you have used, and the full contracted amount remains payable.

Scheduling: Sessions are allocated to the calendar month in which they are billed and do not carry over into a following month.

By completing a purchase you authorize After Hello, Inc. and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amount displayed, and for any recurring amount thereafter until you cancel. You agree to keep your payment details current. Where a payment is declined we may reattempt the charge and will notify you at the email address on file. Where a payment remains outstanding for ten days, we may suspend delivery of services until the balance is settled.

Refunds: Governed by the Refund Policy above. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date, and access continues to the end of the paid month. No prorated refund is issued for a partial month.

Each product and service is identified at checkout as either a one-time charge or a recurring charge, and the billing frequency of a recurring charge is displayed before you complete your purchase. One-time charges apply to the consultation, profile polish, coaching packages, application coaching packages, multi-month application management terms, and the Inner Circle VIP Membership. Recurring charges apply to the monthly coaching subscription, month-to-month application management, and monthly continuation on a matchmaking membership. Recurring charges continue at the stated interval until canceled in accordance with these Terms of Use.

8. Inner Circle VIP Membership

All prices are stated and charged in United States dollars. The total shown at checkout is the total amount charged to you. Payment processing fees are included within that total, and no separate processing surcharge, convenience fee, or handling fee is added at checkout. Sales tax is added where applicable law requires it, and any such amount is displayed before you complete your purchase.

Scope: A six-month membership providing priority database status, first-look consideration for matchmaking clients, submission of your profile to a matchmakers-only group for review and highlight, enhancements to your dating profile and messaging, one private thirty-minute strategy call, direct access to a matchmaker for up to fifteen text or email interactions per month, access to exclusive events and promotions, and access to the member content hub of mini-trainings, scripts, and templates. The consultation fee is waived if you proceed to a matchmaking or coaching service during the membership term.

Payment Terms

Payment: A single charge covering the full six-month term. The membership does not renew automatically and continues only if you elect to renew.

Coaching services are educational and strategic in nature. As stated in the Terms and Conditions for Coaching Services above, they are neither therapy nor a substitute for professional counseling, psychiatric care, or legal, financial, or medical advice.

Scheduling: Your strategy call must be scheduled within sixty days of purchase. The monthly interaction allowance is set per calendar month and does not carry over.

No matchmaker, coach, employee, contractor, or other representative of After Hello, Inc. is authorized to guarantee a result. A statement of guaranteed results is binding on us only where it appears in a written agreement signed by an officer of After Hello, Inc.

Refunds: Governed by the Refund Policy above. Membership benefits are made available immediately upon purchase.

Our services depend substantially on factors outside our control, including your participation, the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, your responsiveness and availability, your conduct during introductions, and the independent decisions of other people. Any reference to typical results, target outcomes, average timelines, client testimonials, case studies, or success stories describes past or anticipated experience and constitutes neither a promise nor a warranty of comparable results for you.

9. Database and Registry Membership

After Hello, Inc. does not guarantee any dating, relationship, or matchmaking outcome. Purchasing any product or service does not guarantee that you will receive a particular number of introductions, meet a particular number of matches, form a relationship, marry, or reach any other personal result.

Scope: Membership of the After Hello, Inc. database is offered at no charge. Members become eligible for consideration as potential matches for our Clients and may receive post-date feedback. Membership does not guarantee introductions, dates, or selection for any search.

Results Disclaimer

Payment: No charge applies, and no payment information is collected at registration.

A no-show is counted as a delivered session and is deducted from your package. No refund or replacement session is provided.
Cancellation or rescheduling with less than twenty-four hours of notice is treated as a no-show. Your coach or matchmaker may reschedule the session once as a courtesy, at their discretion.
A missed consultation is recorded as a no-show and the consultation fee is forfeited. One rebooking may be offered at our discretion.
Three consecutive no-shows may result in suspension of the remaining sessions in your package. Suspended sessions may be reinstated at our discretion and are not refundable.
Where a coach, matchmaker, or other representative of After Hello, Inc. fails to attend a scheduled session, the session is rescheduled at no cost to you and is not deducted from your package.
Where you are unable to attend because of a documented emergency, contact Info@afterhello.com. Emergency exceptions are considered case by case.

Cancellation: You may withdraw from the database at any time by contacting Info@afterhello.com.

A scheduled session is recorded as a no-show where you do not join within fifteen minutes of the scheduled start time and have given no prior notice.

Scheduling Requirements Applying to All Services

No-Show Policy

Sessions are booked through the scheduling link provided to you after purchase. The deadlines set out above run from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise, and it is your responsibility to book within them. Where a deadline passes without a booking, we will attempt to contact you at the email address on file. Sessions that expire under the terms above carry no cash value and are not refundable.

Requests to change a date arranged with a match remain subject to the seventy-two hour notice requirement described in the Guidelines for User Conduct above.

Rescheduling a session requires at least twenty-four hours of notice, given through the scheduling link or by email to Info@afterhello.com. Two reschedules per package are accommodated without charge. Further reschedules may be accommodated at the discretion of your coach or matchmaker.
