Where you provide login credentials for a dating application, those credentials are stored in an access-controlled password manager, are made available only to the personnel assigned to your account, and are deleted at the conclusion of your engagement. We recommend that you change the password on any account you have shared with us once your engagement concludes.

Furthermore, for purposes that align with legitimate business operations such as corporate audits, analytical assessments, consolidated reporting, and adherence to legal requirements, we may exchange information with our Matchmaking Alliance counterparts. How Long We Retain Your Information

We retain personal information only for as long as it serves the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer period is required by law or is necessary to resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements. Our standard retention periods are as follows:

Transaction, billing, and tax records: seven years from the date of the transaction, in line with financial record-keeping requirements
Signed service agreements and related contract records: seven years following the conclusion of the engagement
Client profiles, matchmaking search records, introduction history, and date feedback: three years following the conclusion of the engagement, which allows us to serve returning clients without repeating the intake process
Coaching session notes: three years following the final session
Registry and Database Member profiles: retained while membership remains active. A profile is treated as inactive after twenty-four consecutive months without a response to our contact attempts, and inactive profiles are removed
Dating application login credentials: deleted within thirty days of the conclusion of the engagement
Background screening results: retained only for the period necessary to make and document the eligibility decision, then securely destroyed in accordance with applicable law
Marketing contact records: retained until you unsubscribe. Following an unsubscribe request we retain a minimal suppression record indefinitely so that we can honor your request and avoid contacting you again
Website analytics records: retained according to the default retention period of the analytics platform, which does not exceed twenty-six months

Information held in routine system backups is overwritten on our standard backup cycle and is purged within ninety days of removal from our live systems.

Requesting Deletion of Your Information

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time. Please include your full name, the email address and telephone number associated with your account, and a description of the information you want removed.

We verify the identity of the requester before acting on any deletion request, which protects your information from being deleted by someone acting without your authority. Verification may require you to confirm details already held in your record. We acknowledge every request within ten business days and complete verified requests within forty-five calendar days. Where a request is complex, we may extend that period by a further forty-five days and will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.

A completed deletion request removes your profile, photographs, biography, stated preferences, matchmaking and search notes, introduction history, coaching notes, and marketing contact record from our active systems.

Certain records are retained after a deletion request, and the reasons are as follows:

Transaction, billing, and tax records, which we are required to keep for financial and tax compliance
Signed agreements and records necessary to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim
Records necessary to detect and prevent fraud, to enforce a prior termination decision, or to comply with a legal obligation
A minimal suppression record confirming your request, which prevents your information from re-entering our systems

Where your information has been shared with Matchmaking Alliance member companies, we will forward your deletion request to those companies. Each member company maintains its own records and its own privacy practices, and you may need to contact them directly to confirm deletion from their systems.

Submitting a deletion request while an engagement is active will end our ability to deliver the services you purchased. A deletion request is not a cancellation request and does not by itself cancel a subscription, terminate an agreement, or entitle you to a refund. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Terms and Conditions.

In addition to deletion, you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request correction of information that is inaccurate, opt out of marketing communications, and opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide you with a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights.
